A Ghanaian lady cries deeply as she got up in the morning and got to know that her money in her account has been withdrawn without her permission nor any approvals from her “Gh¢11k -12k”..
Sake of that she hurriedly called MTN office and told them what happened and they said she should wait for “15 working days”,as she said in the video that even the woman she spoke with from the MTN office was very rude…
She pleaded MTN with all due respect on helping her to get back her money…
Close to the end of the video,she said she has a very screenshot of her transaction details and transaction id…
this made her insist on getting back her money,as she said “why MTN,how can someone enter into my mobile money and take all my money early this afternoon,as she made it clear here that they took Gj¢11k and later took Gh¢200 in addition..this made her furious and almost cried….
